Can whisky taste like biting into a sweet, roasted apple by a smoky bonfire? Chasing new flavours, we filled a small batch peated distillate into Swedish ice cider casks. Now, years later, it tastes just like that.

Our EVIDENS series is a collection of limited-edition whiskies that were bottled at cask filling strength, which at Agitator means 55%. Evidens: Ice Cider Cask is a unique blend of distillates from Swedish ice cider casks and French Sauternes cask. The result is a layered whisky with yellow apple, honeydew melon, cocoa, and soft campfire smoke on the nose, leading to dried apple, ashy smoke, marzipan, and dark milk chocolate on the palate.
