The nose is clean with subtle hints of vanilla and light esters. The characteristic of the chestnut wood lingers in the background, with tones of dried fruit and roasted nuts.
TASTE
The flavour is crisp, dry, and precise. No sugar and no softness. Think white pepper, toasted oak, and a hint of citrus. The finish is dry and direct.
