F\u00f6r att ha kontroll \u00f6ver kvaliteten genom hela processen och f\u00f6r att undvika on\u00f6diga transporter \u00e4r v\u00e5r ambition att majoriteten av det vi tillverkar ocks\u00e5 ska buteljeras hos oss p\u00e5 destilleriet.<\/p>\n<p>Processen inleds med att vi plockar ut de fat som ing\u00e5r i den produkt som ska buteljeras. Ofta \u00e4r det inneh\u00e5llet i flera olika typer av fat som ska kombineras f\u00f6r ett recept. Faten t\u00f6ms och blandas i stora rostfria tankar. D\u00e4refter filtreras spriten och vi g\u00f6r ett antal olika tester, bland annat f\u00f6r att s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla r\u00e4tt alkoholhalt. \u00c4ven om vi, f\u00f6r smakens skull, fatlagrar p\u00e5 en l\u00e4gre alkoholstyrka \u00e4n de flesta andra destillerier ska whiskyn oftast sp\u00e4das med vatten f\u00f6r att komma ner ytterligare i alkoholhalt.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e4refter pumpas den f\u00e4rdigblandade whiskyn \u00f6ver till buteljeringsmaskinen. Vi har en semi-automatisk anl\u00e4ggning, vilket inneb\u00e4r att vissa moment sker helt automatiskt medan andra beh\u00f6ver hanteras av den som sk\u00f6ter maskinen. Flaskorna fylls, korken skruvas p\u00e5 och flaskan f\u00e5r d\u00e4refter etikett p\u00e5 fram- och baksidan och en f\u00f6rslutning i form av ett plast\u00f6verdrag \u00f6ver flaskhals och kork f\u00f6r att visa att f\u00f6rpackningen inte \u00e4r bruten.
