En speciell dag i februari 2019 n\u00e4r Samuel och n\u00e5gra kollegor t\u00f6mde en container full av 200 fat. Ett av dessa fat hade tidigare lagrat den r\u00f6kiga whisky. Fatet fylldes med v\u00e5r egen kraftigt r\u00f6kiga r\u00e5sprit, destillerad i v\u00e5ra L\u00e5g Reflux-pannor f\u00f6r att ge en djup och intensiv r\u00f6kighet. N\u00e4r vi blandade denna r\u00e5sprit med mediumr\u00f6kig whisky fr\u00e5n ett bourbonfat i augusti 2023, valde vi att filtrera minimalt och buteljera den vid sin naturliga styrka p\u00e5 58,7%.<\/p>\n<h2>\n\t\tsmaknoter\n\t<\/h2>\n\t<h4><strong>Doft<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Doften av denna whisky \u00e4r som att stiga in i en skog av malts\u00f6tma och s\u00e4lta, med en subtil aning av mandelkaka som sveper f\u00f6rbi.<\/p>\n\n<h4><strong>smak<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>N\u00e4r du tar en klunk, m\u00f6ts din tunga av en harmonisk fusion av halm och krutr\u00f6k, som tillsammans skapar en komplex och of\u00f6rgl\u00f6mlig smakupplevelse.
