Vi f\u00e5r in hetvatten till v\u00e5r process och efter att vi har tagit ut v\u00e5rt behov returneras det fortfarande heta vattnet till n\u00e4tet f\u00f6r att v\u00e4rma hem och kontor i Arboga.<\/p>\n<p>All energi vi k\u00f6per fr\u00e5n fj\u00e4rrv\u00e4rmen\u00e4tet kommer fr\u00e5n f\u00f6rnyelsebara energik\u00e4llor. Vi eldar ingen olja i v\u00e5r produktion.<\/p>\n<p>All destillering sker under vakuum. V\u00e5rt val att designa v\u00e5ra pannor f\u00f6r destillation under vakuum handlar fr\u00e4mst om att det ger en b\u00e4ttre sprit.&nbsp;Men det har ocks\u00e5 den f\u00f6rdelen att vi s\u00e4nker kokpunkten vilket i sin tur g\u00f6r att processen blir betydligt mindre&nbsp;energikr\u00e4vande.<\/p>\n<p>Vi \u00e5tervinner energi i s\u00e5 stor utstr\u00e4ckning som m\u00f6jligt. Tanken \u00e4r att ingen v\u00e4rme som tillf\u00f6rs eller skapas i destilleriet ska sl\u00f6sas bort. Ett exempel \u00e4r att spillv\u00e4rmen fr\u00e5n v\u00e5ra spritpannor anv\u00e4nds f\u00f6r att drifta v\u00e5ra m\u00e4skpannor och v\u00e5rt bryggverk. N\u00e5got som endast \u00e4r m\u00f6jligt tack vare v\u00e5rt unika vakuum- och hetvattensystem.<\/p>\n<p>Vi anv\u00e4nder ett \u00f6ppet kyltorn som nyttjar v\u00e5ra l\u00e5ga svenska utomhustemperaturer f\u00f6r kylning.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e5r drav h\u00e4mtas av en lokal bonde som anv\u00e4nder den som djurfoder.<\/p>\n<p>De rester som blir kvar efter destillering, dranken, anv\u00e4nds f\u00f6r att producera biogas.<\/p>\n<p>Destillationsprocessen v\u00e4rmer luften i destilleriet.
