NOSE<\/h3>\n

There are flattering peaty notes, accompanied by light straw and herbal, and balanced wood.<\/p>\n

TASTE<\/h3>\n

There is some peatiness, which lingers without becoming overbearing. The herbs from the nose reappear on the palate, together with distinct notes of dried apricots. In the finish, there is a certain saltiness, no doubt because we matured on casks that previously held whisky from Islay.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\"what
