Agitator lanserade p\u00e5 Systembolaget 2021 och har sedan dess blivit en marknadsledare i Sverige inom svensk whisky och rom. Samtidigt har exporten vuxit till fler l\u00e4nder och med fler produkter. Grunden f\u00f6r v\u00e5r tillv\u00e4xt \u00e4r att vi s\u00e4ljer prisvinnande sprit till konkurrenskraftiga priser genom starka lokala distribut\u00f6rer.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nu s\u00f6ker vi en Export Sales som vill ta n\u00e4sta steg i v\u00e5r internationella tillv\u00e4xt. Kanske \u00e4r det du?<\/strong><\/p>\n\t

DU OCH AGITATOR<\/h3>\n

Som Export Sales har du ett tydligt uppdrag: att s\u00e4lja mer Agitator utanf\u00f6r Sverige. Du ansvarar f\u00f6r f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningen av v\u00e5ra egna varum\u00e4rken till distribut\u00f6rer (och i vissa fall e-handlare) p\u00e5 internationella marknader. \u00c4ven f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningen inom gr\u00e4nshandel och taxfree (DFTR) ing\u00e5r i ditt uppdrag.<\/p>\n

Du har fullt s\u00e4lj- och kundansvar f\u00f6r v\u00e5ra befintliga distribut\u00f6rer och f\u00f6r att utveckla nya marknader och nya distribut\u00f6rssamarbeten. Du driver aff\u00e4ren fr\u00e5n f\u00f6rsta kontakt och f\u00f6rhandling till avtal, lansering och fortsatt f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljning.<\/p>\n

Din kund \u00e4r i f\u00f6rsta hand distribut\u00f6ren. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r beh\u00f6ver du f\u00f6rst\u00e5 hur man bygger aff\u00e4r genom en lokal partner: vad som f\u00e5r distribut\u00f6ren att prioritera v\u00e5ra produkter, hur man skapar en gemensam strategi och hur du f\u00f6ljer upp s\u00e5 att f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningen faktiskt v\u00e4xer.<\/p>\n

Du utg\u00e5r fr\u00e5n v\u00e5rt kontor p\u00e5 Upplandsgatan i Stockholm. Teamet \u00e4r litet och du jobbar n\u00e4ra VD men utan eget personalansvar. Resor till internationella kunder och till v\u00e5rt destilleri i Arboga \u00e4r en naturlig del av rollen.<\/p>\n

VAD VI S\u00d6KER<\/h3>\n

Du har:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Minst tre \u00e5rs erfarenhet av internationell B2B-f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljning med Sverige som bas<\/li>\n
  • Erfarenhet av att arbeta med distribut\u00f6rer som kunder eller aff\u00e4rspartners<\/li>\n
  • Dokumenterat mycket starka resultat av att utveckla f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljning, kunder och marknader<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Erfarenhet av att ha s\u00e5lt sprit p\u00e5 export \u00e4r meriterande, men inget krav. F\u00f6r oss \u00e4r din erfarenhet av exportf\u00f6rs\u00e4ljning och distribut\u00f6rsaff\u00e4ren viktigare \u00e4n vilken produktkategori du kommer fr\u00e5n.<\/p>\n
