The molasses is first fermented using Agitator's special yeast mixture. The resulting rum is then vacuum distilled under low pressure and at low temperatures in Agitator's copper boilers. The raw spirit is diluted to 55% and aged in chestnut barrels for extra wood sweetness and roundness. The result is a lighter rum, perfect on its own or in cocktails.<\/p>\n<h2>\n\t\t\tTASTING NOTES\t<\/h2>\n\t<h3>NOSE<\/h3>\n<p>This rum has aromas of sultanas, rosehips, vanilla, passion fruit and molasses.<\/p>\n<h3>TASTE<\/h3>\n<p>You'll find hints of coconut, plum, grapefruit, cocoa and fudge.
