F\u00f6r vem har h\u00f6rt talas om en helr\u00e5gwhisky doppad i l\u00f6nsirapsfat!? Ett helylleamerikanskt grepp som skulle flyga till m\u00e5nen i mellanv\u00e4stern, om whiskyn finge chansen. S\u00e5 h\u00e4r smakar svenskarnas v\u00e5gade fatexperiment&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Der neue, in s\u00fc\u00dfen Ahornsirupf\u00e4ssern gereifte Roggenwhisky von Agitator ist ein gewagtes Experiment. Roggendestillat mit seiner w\u00fcrzigen, aber auch leicht s\u00fc\u00df-fruchtigen Dimension ist nat\u00fcrlich die richtige Wahl der Spirituose. <em>Aber ist es nicht trotzdem zu s\u00fc\u00df?<\/em>\u00a0Ahornsirup ist angesagt!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Klar ist das niedlich<\/strong>\u00a0aber der Wettbewerb um die Aromen ist gro\u00df, wobei sowohl \u00e4therische als auch s\u00e4uerliche Aromen die S\u00fc\u00dfe konterkarieren. Der Whisky ist erstaunlich lecker. Nat\u00fcrlich kommt der Ahornsirup durch, aber nicht zu sehr.<\/p>\n<p>Das Destillat selbst tr\u00e4gt die Aromen frei, unterst\u00fctzt durch die Eichennoten der kleinen F\u00e4sser, die verwendet werden. Die Basis ist Roggenwhiskey, der einige Jahre lang in 200-Liter-F\u00e4ssern gereift ist und dann f\u00fcr ein mehr als sechsmonatiges Finishing in amerikanische Ahornsirupf\u00e4sser von 60 bis 120 Litern umgef\u00fcllt wurde.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Honigartiger Duft<\/strong>\u00a0mit Apfelfrische. Darunter runde Noten von Ahornsirup und Eichenfurnier, mit s\u00fc\u00dfem Roggen in den Tiefen. Vollmundiger, s\u00fc\u00dfer Geschmack, der zu Beginn mit Ahornsirup angereichert ist. Alles \u00e4ndert sich, wenn die spritzige Zitronen-\/Weins\u00e4ure einsetzt, ein h\u00e4rterer Szenenwechsel.<\/p>\n<p>In der Mitte wohltuendes Karamell mit ruhigeren Mineralien am Boden, die roggenw\u00fcrzig sind. Mittlerer bis langer Abgang von Fruchtkaramell und Vanilleschoten, der von spritziger Roggenw\u00fcrze in einem zunehmenden eichig-\u00e4therischen Nachgeschmack abgel\u00f6st wird.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Der Whisky ist unbeschwert<\/strong>\u00a0aber mit R\u00fcckgrat. Die s\u00e4uerlich-aggressiven Linien im Mund bewahren die Abf\u00fcllung vor einer vermeintlichen L\u00e4hmung der S\u00fc\u00dfe, es ist das Destillat, das schreit! Das ist der Punkt, an dem man einen Whisky mit 46% trinken sollte und an dem man Geschwindigkeit sch\u00e4tzt. Mit Wasser wird er noch sch\u00f6ner.<\/p>\n<p>Der Duft wird sauberer und frischer. Ein fr\u00fchlingshafter Dampf von Birkenknospen mit freundlichem Honig darunter. Der Geschmack ist s\u00fc\u00dflich mit sch\u00e4rferer S\u00e4ure in der Mitte, gefolgt von Zitronenkaramell und getrockneten Apfelringen. Langer, eichenholzartiger Abgang, der deutlich an Roggen erinnert, mit Apfel-Limonade und Honigwaben.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Die Sch\u00f6nheit des Ganzen<\/strong>\u00a0ist, dass der Whisky eine Apfelluft hat, die sich wie verr\u00fcckt verkauft! Trinken Sie ihn auf Eis mit einer Apfelscheibe, die in den Eisblock gesteckt wird. Oder warum nicht eine Zitronen- oder Orangenschale \u00fcber den Rand h\u00e4ngen. Die Garnierung hat eine ganz andere Wirkung.
