Um die Kontrolle \u00fcber diesen Prozess und \u00fcber die Produktqualit\u00e4t zu behalten sowie unn\u00f6tige Transporte zu vermeiden, f\u00fcllen wir den gr\u00f6\u00dften Teil unserer Produktion direkt in der Brennerei ab.<\/p>\n<p>Der Prozess beginnt damit, dass wir die F\u00e4sser ausw\u00e4hlen, aus denen das abzuf\u00fcllende Produkt besteht, denn oft wird der Inhalt mehrerer verschiedener F\u00e4sser f\u00fcr eine Abf\u00fcllung kombiniert. Die F\u00e4sser werden in gro\u00dfen Edelstahltanks verblendet. Anschlie\u00dfend wird die Spirituose gefiltert und auf verschiedene Weise analysiert, zum Beispiel um den exakten Alkoholgehalt festzulegen. Obwohl wir unseren Whisky mit einem geringeren Alkoholgehalt reifen lassen als andere Brennereien, muss er oft weiterverarbeitet werden, um den Alkoholgehalt weiter zu senken.<\/p>\n<p>Der fertige Whisky wird schlie\u00dflich in die Abf\u00fcllanlage gepumpt. Wir haben eine halbautomatische Anlage, d. h. einige Funktionen sind vollst\u00e4ndig automatisiert, w\u00e4hrend andere Funktionen manuell gehandhabt werden m\u00fcssen. Die Flaschen werden bef\u00fcllt, der Verschluss wird aufgeschraubt, die Vorder- und R\u00fcckseite etikettiert, und \u00fcber dem Flaschenhals und dem Verschluss wird eine Kunststoffplombe angebracht, um f\u00fcr die Kund:innen erkennbar zu machen, dass die Flasche beim Kauf unge\u00f6ffnet ist.
