Dies sind nur einige Beispiele daf\u00fcr, wie wir unsere Brennerei und unsere Produktion aufgestellt haben, um eine der nachhaltigsten Whisky-Destillerien der Welt zu werden:<\/p>\n<p>Die Energie f\u00fcr unsere Destillerie beziehen wir aus dem kommunalen Fernw\u00e4rmenetz. Das hei\u00dfe Wasser wird zun\u00e4chst in unser System eingespeist. Wenn wir die ben\u00f6tigte Menge extrahiert haben, wird das hei\u00dfe Wasser der Brennerei wieder in das Netz zur\u00fcckgegeben und so zum Heizen von Wohnungen und B\u00fcros verwendet.<\/p>\n<p>Die Energie, die wir aus dem Fernw\u00e4rmenetz beziehen, stammt aus erneuerbaren Energiequellen. F\u00fcr unsere Produktion wird kein \u00d6l verbrannt.<\/p>\n<p>All destillering sker under vakuum. V\u00e5rt val att designa v\u00e5ra pannor f\u00f6r destillation under vakuum handlar fr\u00e4mst om att det ger en b\u00e4ttre sprit.&nbsp;Men det har ocks\u00e5 den f\u00f6rdelen att vi s\u00e4nker kokpunkten vilket i sin tur g\u00f6r att processen blir betydligt mindre&nbsp;energikr\u00e4vande.<\/p>\n<p>Wir gewinnen so viel Energie wie m\u00f6glich zur\u00fcck. Dahinter steht der Gedanke, dass keine W\u00e4rme, die in der Brennerei zugef\u00fchrt oder erzeugt wird, verloren gehen darf. So wird zum Beispiel die \u00fcbersch\u00fcssige W\u00e4rme unserer Destille auch f\u00fcr den Betrieb unserer Brauanlage genutzt. Dies ist nur durch unser einzigartiges Vakuum- und Hei\u00dfwassersystem m\u00f6glich.<\/p>\n<p>Wir verwenden einen offenen K\u00fchlturm, der die niedrigen Au\u00dfentemperaturen in Schweden zur K\u00fchlung nutzt.<\/p>\n<p>Unser Treber wird von einem \u00f6rtlichen Landwirt gesammelt, der ihn als Tierfutter verwendet.<\/p>\n<p>Weitere R\u00fcckst\u00e4nde aus der Destillation werden zur Erzeugung von Biogas verwendet.<\/p>\n<p>Durch den Destillationsprozess wird die Luft in der Brennerei erw\u00e4rmt.
